Vortex Bed Liners
J & S Coatings is proud to offer Vortex Bed liners.The Vortex™ Spray-On Liner is a blend of Polyurethane and Polyurea materials in a 50/50 mix. This ratio delivers a very hard liner to protect the surface, yet retains flexibility enough so that it will not crack or chip on impact.
Vortex™ is a completely solvent free product backed with over 50 years of experience in the coatings industry. A Vortex seamless coating can be applied to most properly prepared surface. A drop-in liner will wear off the paint of the truck bed due to vibration and abrasion. The Vortex™ liner eliminates this problem because Vortex bonds directly to the truck bed creating a watertight bond. Also, unlike drop-in liners, in the event of damage to the truck (replacement of bedside or other damage), Vortex can be repaired to leave a seamless finish. Vortex resists virtually all chemicals and materials you can throw at it. Vortex Coatings can also be top coated with our Granitex Polyphatic Glaze to keep any color liner looking like new. Imagine, a white bed liner that actually stays white.
